Shipping policy

Shipping

Delivery area

We deliver to Germany and the other member states of the European Union. We do not currently deliver to other countries.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free of charge for all deliveries.

Delivery time

Unless a different time is stated on the product page, delivery takes 10 to 20 business days after receipt of payment. Our products are shipped directly from our supplier outside the European Union, which is why delivery takes longer than with goods held in stock in Germany.

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Questions

If your order has not arrived within the stated time, please write to mozane.atelier2026@gmx.de.
