Terms of service

Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and contracting party

These terms apply to all orders placed through this online shop. Your contract is concluded with Mozane, Johann Heinrich Dittmann, Münzstraße 33, 19055 Schwerin, Germany, email: mozane.atelier2026@gmx.de ("we").

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking the button that completes the order in the checkout, you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. Before doing so you can review and correct your entries at any time. We accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by shipping the goods, at the latest within five days. If we do not accept within this period, no contract is concluded and any payment already made is refunded without delay.

3. Contract language and storage of the contract text

The contract can be concluded in English or German. We store the order data and send it to you by email together with these terms. These terms can be viewed in the shop at any time.

4. Prices and shipping costs

The prices shown in the shop are final prices in euros. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act, we do not charge or show VAT. Shipping is free of charge within our delivery area.

5. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods offered in the checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed, unless the selected payment method provides otherwise.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Germany and the other member states of the European Union. Delivery times are stated on the Shipping page and, where they differ, on the product page. Goods are shipped directly by our supplier and may arrive in separate parcels.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the instructions on withdrawal on the page "Refund policy".

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights for defects apply.

10. Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

11. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
